WHAT ARE OUR SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We use An Post for shipping across the island of Ireland: Orders placed before 9am, Monday to Friday, will usually be dispatched the same day. Purchases over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and usually delivered on Tuesday.

What do we charge for shipping?

Clubs: €5

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Our international shipping policy is currently under review. Please contact us directly at: peter@next2newgolf.ie for the latest information. We will strive to deliver your order in the fastest and most cost effective manner.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible with a revised estimated delivery date. While we strive to avoid delays, we are not responsible for those outside our control. In such cases, we will take steps to minimize the impact of the delay. Should there be a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a refund for any undelivered products.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order's progress using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return, please contact us at peter@next2newgolf.ie

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions for sending back the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
